About the event

Welcome our bi-weekly club meeting, this time with a guest speaker from NTNU!

Jonas Kristiansen Nøland is currently an Associate Professor with NTNU and an Associate Professor II with USN. He holds a PhD in Engineering Physics from Uppsala University. Since August 2019, he is serving as an Editor for the American scientific journal, the IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON ENERGY CONVERSION (Q1). From 2020, he is also the "Vice-Chair" for the IEEE Power and Energy Society Chapter of Norway.

Jonas will talk about The Role of Nuclear Energy in Energy Transition.
