Marianthi and Emil at D-2310 RYLA 2026

On Sunday, 16.03.2026, our Board Members Marianthi Antoniou and Emil Holgersson visited Drammen for the Rotaract Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA), an annual event organised by different Rotary Clubs in Norway. RYLA is a Rotary program that provides leadership and entrepreneurship training for young people aged 18–30. It helps participants develop skills, build networks, and explore leadership through seminars and teamwork.

This year, the District 2310, which our Rotaract Oslo International club is a part of, organised the conference, and they invited our Board members Marianthi Antoniou, Emil Holgersson, and Vinod Kumar to present their take and experiences on their challenges, opportunities, and realities of working with volunteering activities and leadership. In a short thirty minutes, they interacted and engaged 24 young people, leaving them with thought-provoking reflections. We really hope to see them back in our club!

Thank you, Svein Ove Faksvåg, for the invitation and the chance to present our own experience on Leadership!

See you at the next RYLA!
