In cooperation with Oslo Rotary Club members of Rotaract Oslo and their network has collected winterclothes to send to Korsun in Ukraine. The weather in Ukraine has been extremely cold recently, making it very important for this operation to be launched quickly.
The purpose of the operation was to collect winter clothing for civilians in Ukraine. Members mobilized their family, friends, colleges and neighbours to gather winter clothing that could be donated.
The clothes will be sent from Norway to Ukraine, Monday 9th of February in a semi-truck together with other nessessities that has been donated from other organizations and members of several Rotary Clubs in Norway.
The truck is driven down to the town of Korsun (southeast of Kyiv), where residents support soldiers returning from the front as well as helping their own community.
The operation is carried out in cooperation with Fabian Falch’s support system, Ukraine Frontline Emergency Aid, Oslo Rotary Club and other volunteer organizations in Norway.

YOU can still help with funding:
A semi‑truck transport to Ukraine costs approximately NOK 50,000 (all expenses included).
If you were unable to donate clothes, a contribution to this cost would also be appreciated. If you wish to support, please VIPPS 788902 — For instance NOK 100.
Vipps message: “ORK vinterklær til Ukraina”
Good help also needs funding!
Rotaract Oslo International wants to thank everybody that contributed to this donation. We managed to collect 6 big bags of winterclothes in just one week!
It captures how quickly we can mobilize when something truly matters.
